Done For You Brands provides a Shopify app that helps merchants set up their online store by creating initial store content, products, pages, and theme-related configuration.

Information we collect

When a merchant installs or uses the app, we may collect the merchant's shop domain, app installation details, contact email, mobile number when provided, setup choices submitted by the merchant, and technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the app.

The app does not require access to customer records, customer addresses, order history, payment details, or other protected customer data to provide its setup service.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide the app, connect the app to the merchant's store, create requested store setup content, send one transactional text message to a provided mobile number when the merchant's store is ready and deliver access, provide support, maintain security, and comply with Shopify platform requirements.

Sharing information

We do not sell merchant or customer personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help host, operate, secure, or support the app, only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention

We keep app installation, setup, and support records only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Merchants can request deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by the app.

Merchant and customer requests

We respond to Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction requests, and shop redaction requests. Because the app does not require protected customer data, customer privacy requests generally do not require deletion of customer records from our systems.
